The FFL Courses

General French and French for Specific Purposes (FOS)
We offer courses for:

Individual students (integration into international classes)
Closed groups (customized programs)
Teachers of French from abroad (didactic courses)

The School

Small groups: 5 to 8 students per class year-round, max. 10 in summer

Classes take place in the morning and afternoon, Monday to Friday:
20-hour/week option / 15 h/week + 5 h afternoon
15-hour/week option / 9 a.m. – 12:20 p.m.

Phonetics: One hour of class on Tuesday or Wednesday is dedicated exclusively to phonetics practice.

Morning classes focus on the four skills (Speaking/Listening/Writing/Reading) + syntax, grammar, and phonetics.

Afternoon classes focus on oral skills (speaking/interactions) within themes, debates, field surveys, visits, integration projects, etc.

Tours Langues also offers courses combining FFL and French for Specific Purposes (FOS).

Assessment

Students at Tours Langues are supported throughout their training and have regular and various evaluations (DFS):

Diagnostic: upon arrival – Placement test (written and oral)
Formative: Weekly progress checks and validation of acquired skills
Summative: Progress and student investment are evaluated

Diplomas and Certifications

Preparation for DELF-DALF and TCF exams.
Tours Langues is a TCF-IRN (Integration, Residency, Nationality) exam center.

Fees and Practical Information

A lesson is 60 minutes

Registration fee is €50.
To guarantee your place, we ask you to register at least three weeks before the start of the courses, with the required documents and a deposit. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt.

15 hours/week (9am – 12:20pm)

20 hours/week (15 hours/week + 5 hours in the afternoon)

If we don’t have a group at your level after confirming your registration, we will guarantee 50% of your hours in one-to-one Lessons until a group is created.
