General Terms and Conditions

To confirm your registration
You must return the following:

• Registration form (available online)
• A 20% deposit (with a minimum amount of €300) or full payment
• A copy of your passport
• 3 passport-sized photos

Payment
If a certificate is required for obtaining a long-stay visa, you must pay 50% of the total amount at least 3 weeks before the start of the courses.

Once we have received these documents, we will issue your registration certificate.

The full payment must be made no later than the first day of classes. Payment must be made in euros, by check, Euro cheque, international check, or bank transfer (bank fees are at your expense) to the address below.

Please remember to specify your name and address.

Insurance
You must provide a copy of your insurance certificate. The insurance must cover illness, accidents, damages, and civil liability. Tours Langues’ insurance covers damages and accidents occurring only within the school premises. A copy of the insurance certificate must be attached to the registration form to validate your enrollment.

Travel
Transport costs are not included in our prices. Furthermore, Tours Langues cannot be held responsible during your travel. You must arrange all travel details and inform Tours Langues at least 2 weeks in advance of the exact start and end dates of your courses.

CANCELLATION, INTERRUPTION OF STAY
If you cancel before the start of the courses, the refundable portion of the deposit by Tours Langues will be:

• 100% if Tours Langues is notified up to 21 days before the start of the courses.
• 50% if Tours Langues is notified between 21 and 15 days before the start of the courses. (Bank fees are at the student’s expense)
• 0% if Tours Langues is notified less than 14 days before the start of the courses. (Bank fees are at the student’s expense)

No refund will be made after the issuance and delivery of the registration certificate required for obtaining a visa (except in the case of visa refusal with proof).

If you return to your country before the end of the courses, for any reason, no refund will be granted. We decline all responsibility in case of early departure.
